Overview
A Damage Control Elite Firefighter serves as the ship's firefighting tactics technical expert and leads technical training for the Damage Control Training Team. This firefighter trains and advises shipboard personnel on hazard detection, fire and damage control emergency management, rescue, hazardous materials, resource allocation, procedural compliance, and structural safety.
