Description
Manages personnel and technical equipment engaged in intercepting, decoding, and analyzing communication traffic for content of possible intelligence value; establishes priorities of intercept missions for acquisition of desired traffic; plans, organizes, and coordinates activities; reviews data obtained in the traffic intercept process for accuracy and relevance; prepares and transmits information reports; advises commanders and staff officers on matters concerning traffic analysis and use of the data.
