Overview

A Civil Reconnaissance Sergeant conducts civil network engagement, evaluates civil information, and supports civil administration and transitional military authority as a member of a Civil Affairs unit. The sergeant performs these activities to support situational understanding, targeting, information operations, freedom of maneuver, and stability.
