Description
Serves as project officer in organizations involved in the requirements formulation, development and acquisition of new material systems or major modifications to existing systems. Ensures proper interface between the system design and support program, and monitors system development to ensure the system design and support characteristics satisfy the operational requirements at the lowest life cycle cost.
