Overview
A Weapons Chief Warrant Officer serves as a gunnery and ordnance repair officer and directs the assembly, installation, operation, testing, maintenance, and repair of ordnance equipment. The officer supervises ammunition testing, handling, stowage, preservation, requisitioning, issuing, and accounting, as well as the stowage, preservation, security, requisitioning, and accounting of ordnance equipment and repair parts.
