Overview
Ammunition officers supervise and coordinate the procurement, receipt, storage, issue, handling, shipment, salvage, and renovation of ammunition. They operate and establish ammunition supply points, advise commanders on ammunition allowances for training and combat, and may command ammunition companies.

What the Work Involves
