A communications intelligence and electromagnetic warfare operator collects, processes, exploits, disseminates, and analyzes communications signals and digital network systems. The operator searches for electronic communications signals, records and evaluates intercepts, and plans and executes signals intelligence and electromagnetic warfare operations using specialized receivers, computer systems, and related equipment.

Certified Department of Defense All-Source Analyst I (CDASA-I)
Validate all-source analytic competence after gaining qualifying experience beyond signals-focused analysis.
Eligibility and preparation: Available to DoD civilian and military personnel, including Coast Guard personnel, performing all-source analysis functions; requires TS/SCI clearance, access to AGILE on JWICS, and at least two years of validated DoD experience performing, leading, or enabling all-source analysis within the last five years.
