Overview
A Signals Intelligence and Electromagnetic Warfare Chief manages planning, personnel, assets, collection, analysis, and dissemination while integrating signals intelligence and electromagnetic warfare from national to tactical levels. The chief supervises personnel conducting communications intercept, electronic reconnaissance, radio direction finding, analysis, reporting, intelligence support, and electromagnetic warfare operations, and may serve as an operational advisor.
