Overview

An Engineering Bulk Fuel Systems Technician operates valves, manifolds, pumps, and other shore-based petroleum transfer, storage, and reclamation equipment. The technician maintains equipment and facilities, measures and samples products, reads meters and gauges, performs quality surveillance tests, operates safety and firefighting equipment, and reports and controls oil spills.
