A Navy Enlisted Classification: a skill designation sailors hold in addition to their rating.
Overview
A Navy debriefer conducts maritime debriefings and related activities using effective techniques and procedures. The debriefer follows DoD and Navy guidance in support of national security, maritime domain awareness, and Navy interests, and holds certification to conduct Foreign Military Intelligence Collections Activities within Military Source Operations Category III.
