Description
Designs, configures, maintains and operates live concert audio systems for use in public performances by official Navy bands. Possesses fundamental knowledge regarding acoustics, electricity and electrical safety, hearing conservation, audio equipment maintenance, input and output transducers, digital and analog signal processing, digital audio networking and audio system troubleshooting and optimization. Able to distinguish spectral variations in recorded audio, prepare setup documentation, mix multiple live audio signal feeds, utilize digital signal processing, manage multiple monitor mixes, measure and calibrate audio system outputs and construct and test audio cables.
