Overview
An advanced engineering aide applies foremanship, mathematics, and surveying techniques to design highway segments, determine runway orientation, and calculate station coordinates. The aide estimates materials, plans and schedules building construction, classifies and stabilizes soils, and tests bituminous paving and concrete mixes.

What the Work Involves
