Description
Head; coordinating, developing, and assisting in the implementation and execution of all policy matters pertaining to command language training; apprising the Chain-of Command of the linguistic readiness of all assigned linguists; and coordinating with OPNAV (N13F) (Navy Foreign Responsible for carrying out language training and readiness functions as designated by the Commanding Officer, Officer-In-Charge, or Department Language Office) for annual testing in languages for which there is no Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT).
