Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA)

Description
Performs analysis of multi-disciplined cyber threat information across the government and Intelligence Community (IC) to support Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO). Provides Indications and Warnings for cyberspace threats. Synthesizes and places intelligence information in context; draws insights about possible implication. Conducts all-sources Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment at the Combatant Command level and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace at the tactical and Fleet level commands; responds to Request for Information (RFI) and submits intelligence collection and production requirements to the national assets in support of planning and operations, and joint targeting. Conducts joint target development in accordance with the joint targeting cycle to enable offensive cyberspace effects operations. Provides intelligence support to mission package development. Provides intelligence support to assess networks for potential threats and Critical Vulnerability Exploits. Assess Malicious Cyber Actors/Advanced Persistent Threat Courses of Action in support of OCO/DCO. Produces timely, fused, all-source cyberspace operations intelligence products (e.g., threat assessments, briefings, intelligence studies, country studies, etc.). Identifies state and non-state cyber actors, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures, providing intelligence analysis and support to command designated exercises, planning activities and Time Sensitive Target operation. Conducts Nodal analysis of cyber actors and systems. Collaborates with IC analysts involved in cyberspace operations intelligence or related areas. Drafts and maintains Commanders Critical Information Requirements, Priority Intelligence Requirements, Essential Elements of Information, produces and submits RFIs based on these requirements.
