Overview
A Bio-Medical Equipment Technician assembles, maintains, troubleshoots, aligns, and calibrates medical equipment at the module or circuit board level. The technician calculates circuit parameters, performs soldering, plumbing, and welding, maintains documentation, and works on deployable imaging, laboratory, dental, ophthalmic, surgical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

What the Work Involves
- Test or calibrate components or equipment, following manufacturers' manuals and troubleshooting techniques, using hand tools, power tools, or measuring devices.
