Overview
A Torpedoman's Mate Leading Chief Petty Officer manages and supervises personnel and programs associated with the Torpedo Division. The LCPO oversees the safe loading, unloading, shipping, handling, and storage of all weapons aboard SSNs and weapons associated with torpedo tubes aboard SSGNs and SSBNs, as well as all maintenance of these weapon systems and interfacing equipment.

What the Work Involves
