Overview
Torpedoman's Mates maintain underwater ordnance, test equipment, launching and firing systems, stowage facilities, small arms, and ammunition. They prepare underwater ordnance for launch, conduct prelaunch and postlaunch routines, and operate and maintain submarine anchoring systems.
