Overview
An Advanced Engineering Instructor develops, validates, standardizes, publishes, and revises maintenance procedures while helping align procedures and standards across Regional Maintenance Centers. This instructor teaches engineering specialty topics and advanced engineering in classrooms and port training settings, and provides maintenance focused instruction and mentorship to individuals and units.

What the Work Involves
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
