Description

The ability to develop, validate, standardize, publish, and revise maintenance procedures and provide input to other Regional Maintenance Centers to ensure alignment of procedures and standards across the Fleet. Ability to teach engineering specialty topics within their area while assigned to an AEI production tour. Ability to teach advanced engineering in the classroom, either as part of an AEI course of instruction, in port training in support of availabilities, or other courses of instruction. Provider informal instruction and mentorship at the individual and unit level with a focus on maintenance.
