AEGIS Combat Systems Maintenance Manager (CSMM)

Description
Reports directly to the Systems Test Officer (STO) for directing, integrating and managing combat systems maintenance. Evaluates combat systems material and operational readiness, manages combat system alignment, and manages AEGIS Weapons Systems (AWS). Possesses a working knowledge of COTS equipment and the associated environment. Oversees and manages support of the AEGIS Local Area Network (LAN) and weapons systems platform Information Technology (IT) security infrastructure. Ensures that formal AEGIS combat systems departmental training builds AEGIS combat systems level of knowledge across the entire department and develops Sailors professionally to perform well in their current and future assignments.
