AEGIS Fire Control System MK-99/COTS Technician

Description

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on the MK 99 AEGIS Fire Control System for Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) equipment, BMD 5.X system and associated components following installation, MK 84 400Hz Power Distribution System and/or Air Cooled Solid State Frequency Convertor on AEGIS Combat Systems Baseline 7 and follow. Performs maintenance including fault isolation, tests, alignments, and repair on assigned equipment at the organizational level using the Operational Readiness Test System (ORTS) and supporting documentation.
