Overview
The AN/SPS-49A(V)1 Radar Technician performs organizational and/or intermediate level maintenance on the AN/SPS-49A(V)1. The technician checks power output, minimum discernible signals, and standing wave ratio, inspects waveguides and transmission lines, aligns amplifier circuits, diagnoses symptoms, and replaces faulty components and parts.
