70D Health Services Systems Management
Overview
A health services systems management officer advises and assists a medical commander or staff surgeon on data processing, operations research, or biomedical engineering. The officer formulates policies and plans for clinical and patient data systems and medical information support systems, and integrates telecommunications, automated data acquisition devices, and automatic data processing equipment for medical facilities and biomedical research laboratories.
