0313 Light Armored Reconnaissance Marine
Overview
A Light Armored Reconnaissance Marine conducts armored reconnaissance, surveillance, and security missions to gather information about enemy forces and terrain. The Marine operates LAV-25 vehicles, thermal optics, the 25mm Chain Gun, and mounted 7.62mm machine guns, with noncommissioned officers serving as gunners and vehicle commanders.
