0630 Network Engineering Officer

Overview

A Network Engineering Officer analyzes, designs, deploys, maintains, and manages network infrastructure that enables command and control. The officer plans and budgets network work, directs secure integration and quality control, and manages routing, switching, circuits, transport, encryption, cybersecurity boundaries, monitoring, and connectivity across deployed and garrison networks.

Minimum clearance: Secret, often with SCI exposure
