Overview
An aviation support equipment asset manager maintains physical and administrative inventory accountability, performs fleet management, and validates requirements using SEMS and LSEMS. These managers reconcile and report inventories, acquire and dispose of support equipment, train subordinate asset managers, coordinate with controlling authorities, and advise commands on equipment policies and aviation logistics plans.
