Overview
Aviation Logistics Information Management System Specialists install, operate, administer, maintain, and secure network infrastructure and information systems that support Marine Corps and Naval Aviation. They deploy tactical local area networks, maintain and repair aviation information systems, address aviation logistics information technology issues, and support continuity through high availability and disaster recovery procedures.

What the Work Involves
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
