Overview
A Basic Fixed Wing Pilot serves as a newly designated naval aviator who has not yet become combat capable in a specific aircraft model within the Fleet Marine Force inventory. Aircraft models associated with subsequent pilot specialties include the AV-8B, KC-130, F/A-18, and F-35.
