Overview
A Global Command and Control System-Maritime Group Level 4.1 Operator performs joint service and Navy applications and processes aboard ships and at shore commands. The operator manages C4I databases, communications operations, and Force Over-the-Horizon Track Coordinator functions while maintaining the Common Operational Picture and contributing to the Common Tactical Picture at unit, battle group, component, joint, and coalition levels.
