Overview
An Information System Maintenance Technician performs initial system setup, basic administration, and operational checks on various naval systems. The technician works with Windows, UNIX, Cisco IOS, GCCS and NTCSS applications, tactical computers, servers, uninterruptible power supplies, satellite communications peripherals, routers, switches, fiber optics, link converters, and local area networks.
