Description
Operate, secure and maintain information systems, telecommunications and associated peripheral equipment and services. Provides desktop support to network users, performs system restoral and system maintenance as required. Operates and performs system monitoring and circuit restoration of various communication suites that support critical voice and data operations and capabilities. Troubleshoot network and communication outages, document technical support actions and maintains media libraries. Performs corrective and preventative maintenance as required.
