Overview
An LCAC 100 Deck Engineer operates LCAC 100 Class vehicles during amphibious assault and training operations to and from LHAs, LHDs, LPDs, and LSDs and across surf and beach interfaces. This engineer applies amphibious assault tactics, navigation, rules of the road, and radio and visual communication procedures while supervising the LCAC crew.
