Overview
A Joint Terminal Attack Controller evaluator conducts initial and recurring evaluations of JTACs and JTAC instructors. The evaluator follows pertinent manuals, briefs evaluations, identifies discrepancies, assesses performance, assigns grades and additional training when necessary, and completes evaluation documentation.
