Description
Optimizes the use of the RF spectrum. Develop and manage Electromagnetic Spectrum policy and guidance. Coordinate and manage frequencies assignments for use within area of responsibility using spectrum planning tools. Manage Emission Control (EMCON) program, draft policy to identify conditions where the use of electromagnetic, acoustic and other signatures shall be limited or prohibited to maintain operational security. Investigate and resolve frequency interference issues, ensuring compliance with regulation and mission requirements. Main frequency employment file of request and assignments to ensure accuracy.
