Overview
An Information Systems Technician operates, maintains, and secures information systems, manages user accounts and permissions, conducts security testing and monitoring, and provides technical support. The technician manages communications systems, monitors signal quality, isolates faults, restores degraded systems, maintains logs and inventories, accounts for cryptographic materials and equipment, and performs preventive and corrective maintenance.

What the Work Involves
