Description
Ensures COMMS LCPOs are familiar with modernization of fleet equipment; and provides tactical guidance for operational requirements. Assist individuals in acquiring the knowledge, skills and ability required to make sound leadership recommendations; perform required maintenance; and lead a Communications Division on a SSN, SSGN, or SSBN class Submarine.
