Overview
An AEGIS SPY-1D(V) radar system technician operates and maintains the commercial off the shelf radar system. The technician uses special tools and test equipment, interprets malfunctions, follows documented fault isolation procedures, applies techniques when those procedures do not isolate a malfunction, and disassembles and reassembles equipment.
