Overview
The AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Sonar Supervisor directs, coordinates, and monitors Sonar Control watch stations while interpreting sensor outputs and advising the watch team on tactical and environmental changes. The supervisor oversees the Undersea Warfare Combat System, manages contacts and tracks, coordinates communications with other ship watch teams, and uses the System Resource Manager to reconfigure the system or clear faults.
