Overview
An Integrated Voice Communication Network Maintenance Technician operates and administers computerized interior voice communication systems and performs organizational level maintenance on multi-node Definity G3 series or MultiVantage-based systems. The technician configures and maintains media servers, interfaces, voice mail, call accounting, terminals, power components, switchboards, and PBX switches, then uses tests, equipment, and user complaints to identify and correct faults.

What the Work Involves
- Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain its use, responding to any inquiries or complaints.
