Description
Performs basic operation functions as well as planned and corrective Organizational Level (O-Level) maintenance tasks on the AN/SPS-73(V)18 Next Generation Surface Radar (NGSSR) under all conditions of readiness in port and underway. Perform maintenance tasks using the radar's interactive Maintenance Built-In Test (MBIT) and its associated display, control, and maintenance functional software, along with the embedded data maintenance manual in the radar's maintenance laptop.
